What is not visible at first glance, but results from the care for functionality and user-friendliness of the building, are technological solutions. In the case of the Mieszkaj w Mieście (Live in the City) estate, we use those that go beyond the common standard in terms of parameters.

When constructing loggias, we use a thermal insulation technology called thermal insulation joint. For structural reasons, the junctions of building walls and adjacent balcony panels are sometimes places of reduced temperature and heat outflow from the rooms adjacent to the balcony. These are known as thermal bridges. They are sometimes the cause of moisture and mold on walls, especially in the corners of rooms adjacent to balconies.

We believe in the power of bright, well-lit spaces, which is why we rely on high-quality, solid and large windows in our apartments.

As standard, we provide energy-efficient triple-pane windows with excellent insulation parameters, which can significantly reduce heating costs.

 

All windows in our interiors reach the floor of the apartment, which provides excellent interior lighting and allows free use of loggia. In addition, in the living room of selected apartments of the top floors, we have designed wide sliding windows, and on the first floors of the buildings the windows have been equipped with electrically controlled roller shutters.

Modern energy-efficient windows with triple-glazed packages provide warmth and comfort all year round. Thanks to innovative warm installation using special films, we eliminate thermal bridges at the interface between the window and the wall, which significantly improves thermal insulation. Our windows also meet the highest standards of sound insulation, which will ensure peace and quiet in your new home.

facade and loggia

We are inspired by tradition, which is why the external appearance of the buildings is a classic, subdued body with a form referring to the development of the Millennium Housing Area.

Rounded structures with prefabricated loggia surrounding the core of the building are a characteristic element of our design. Loggias reach up to 47 m² in size, being an integral part of the apartment and offering additional space to spend time and enjoy the beautiful views.

 

The focus is on modernity and practical solutions. Each loggia is equipped with lighting fixed to the ceiling. The floor is finished with terrace tiles on bouzons.

 

We care about modern design. The steel structures of our balustrades are distinguished by the filling of openwork aluminum sheets in white, which breaks the dark colors of the facade in an interesting way. The last floors of the buildings have a canopy surrounded by a balustrade, referring to the composition of the entire facade. It is consistent, but there is no boredom!

install air conditioning

Summer in the city is great, but with air conditioning in your own apartment it can be absolutely perfect.

That's why we provide for the installation of air conditioning in each apartment. For ground-floor apartments, we provide spaces for the installation of outdoor units in the underground garage, and for apartments located on the top two floors of each building, we provide culverts and space reserves on the roof. For the remaining apartments, we have designed air-conditioning penetrations in the facade, making it possible to locate the unit on the loggia slab. Do you want air conditioning? You have air conditioning!

more than a parking lot

Planning is our strength. In our development, we planned the parking lots in such a way that the number of parking spaces is greater than the number of apartments.

This means that for every 10 apartments there are 15 parking spaces. These are both parking spots in the underground garage and outside. Some of them are adapted to the needs of the disabled. Some outdoor spots are located in parking lots with additional access control in the form of a barrier.

In the project space, we plan to plant more than 13,000 seedlings of various trees and shrubs, and more than 16,000 seedlings of climbers, perennials and grasses.
