Ogrody Glogera is an urban space like no other. Green, spacious, modern. It is a well-thought-out residential project distinguished by low-rise buildings and large distances between them. Ogrody Glogera is designed to exceed the expectations of future residents, providing a breath of fresh air in the city and comfortable living surrounded by greenery and close to nature, thus creating a space for good and comfortable living.

Ogrody Glogera is a green residential estate, within which three stages – A, B, C – will be successively developed. In total, the project provides for the construction of over 600 apartments.

Green oasis

An extremely important element of the landscape of Ogrody Glogera is the very large amount of greenery – trees, shrubs, grasses or flowers. There will be a lot of different species of trees, including of course the iconic “glogierówka” – an apple tree discovered by Jan Gloger, the father of the famous ethnographer Zygmunt Gloger. Outside there will be blooming shrubs and flowers, whose charms can be enjoyed all year round, and inside there will be designer references to nature.

As part of the implementation of subsequent stages of the investment, it is planned to create over 8,000 m² of recreational areas. There will be green relaxation zones with walking paths, elements of small architecture, places to relax and carefully designed, diverse vegetation.
