From the outset, the Gloger Gardens project has been built around a simple idea – a well-designed space determines what everyday life is like. City dwellers deserve good architecture and spaces filled with greenery.

The next phase of Gloger’s Gardens – stage B – builds on this concept and introduces further solutions that enhance the quality of the flats and communal areas. The three new buildings blend seamlessly into the character of the estate, whilst the whole development gains even more greenery, comfortable spaces and a pleasant atmosphere. This is the next chapter in a story about life, where the city moves at a more leisurely pace.

The city offers opportunities – green spaces provide balance

In stage B, we are building on everything that has defined Ogrody Glogera from the very beginning. We are offering even more greenery, even more space and even more places that make for a comfortable urban lifestyle – walking paths, a spacious courtyard and a safe playground. In total, over 5,000 m² of green and recreational areas.

The same philosophy is reflected in the communal areas. Their character is shaped by the theme of birds, which have been part of the local landscape for years. The tit, the jay and the nuthatch have been chosen as the mascots for the individual blocks. Thanks to them, each building gains its own identity, and residents are greeted by familiar neighbours right from the doorstep.
