In the legendary location – on the Tysiąclecia Estate – we are building a modern complex of four residential buildings aesthetically integrated into the surroundings, while respecting the architecture of this place and the original character of the estate. A new part of the Tysiąclecia Estate

We are building a new part of the Tysiąclecia Estate. The buildings in Na Tysiącleciu will stand out thanks to their minimalist, designer façades, which draw inspiration from Henryk Buszka and Aleksander Franta’s iconic ‘Kukurydze’ (Corncobs).
Rounded balustrades in classic white and contrasting graphite-coloured walls create a composition that blends tradition with modernity. The simple yet striking architectural form ensures that the buildings will blend into their surroundings, whilst their design pays homage to the history of the Tysiąclecia Estate. This sense of harmony will be enhanced by the careful integration of decorative and recreational greenery.
