From the beginning, the Ogrody Glogera project has been built around a simple idea: a well-designed space determines what everyday life is like. Urban residents deserve good architecture and spaces filled with greenery.

The next stage of Ogrody Glogera – stage B – builds on this concept and introduces further solutions that enhance the quality of the flats and communal areas. The three new buildings blend seamlessly into the character of the estate, whilst the whole development gains even more greenery, comfortable spaces and a pleasant atmosphere. This is the next chapter in a story about life, where the city moves at slower pace.

The city offers opportunities – green spaces provide balance

In Phase B, we are building on everything that has defined Ogrody Glogera from the very beginning. We are offering even more greenery, more space and more places designed to make everyday city life more comfortable – walking paths, a spacious courtyard and a safe playground. In total, there are over 5,000 m² of green and recreational areas.

The same philosophy is reflected in the communal areas. Their character is shaped by the theme of birds, which have been part of the local landscape for years. The tit, the jay and the nuthatch have been chosen as the mascots for the individual blocks. Thanks to them, each building gains its own identity, and residents are greeted by familiar neighbours right from the doorstep.
