The buyer of the premises will be obliged to pay the developer for the costs of operation, maintenance, repairs related to the functioning and maintenance of the property on which the premises is located - in particular, these will be: costs of lighting, road maintenance, sidewalks, maintenance of installations in the building, costs of maintaining networks and related devices and other necessary for the functioning and maintenance of this property (until the property is handed over to the management of the housing community as part of the settlement of this period), as well as operating costs of using the premises by the buyer during the period before concluding the ownership transfer agreement.

Information about a given premises does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract, as the conclusion of a sales contract for the premises, house, adjacent rooms and the acquisition of related rights or benefits is dependent on their availability.
